Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 2026-08-02 · Last updated: 2026-08-02
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of khaas.mehmoodfarms.com and any order you place with Khaas Eggs — a retail brand operated by Mehmood Sons Poultry Farms (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
Khaas Eggs is the retail egg brand of Mehmood Sons Poultry Farms, based at Farm #33-B, Street 1, Chak Shahzad Farms, Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan. Any legal obligation under these Terms rests with the operating entity named above.
2. How to place an order
You can order from us by:
- Our website: khaas.mehmoodfarms.com
- WhatsApp: +92 330 0125166
- Direct phone call to the same number during business hours
An order is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation (WhatsApp message or email) with an order number and expected delivery date. Adding items to your cart, or messaging us, does not itself create a contract.
3. Minimum order
The minimum order is 1 dozen (12 eggs). Orders below this cannot be delivered because our per-delivery fixed cost makes them unviable.
4. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are the consumer price you pay.
- Sales tax and other government levies are included in the displayed price, unless separately shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, any order already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown when you placed it.
- Volume discounts and delivery fee tiers are shown transparently at checkout and are subject to change.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery zones may expand or contract; the current list is shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are best-effort, not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, security restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues can cause delays. We will inform you of any expected delay via WhatsApp.
- If you are not available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time, we may attempt one additional delivery. After that, the order is deemed cancelled and any pre-payment refunded, less reasonable delivery costs already incurred.
- Delivery fees depend on order size and are shown at checkout. Orders of 12 dozen or more are eligible for free delivery within our standard zones.
6. Payment
- Cash on delivery is our default payment method.
- We may offer bank transfer as an alternative for larger orders or subscriptions. Payment is due on order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
- For subscription customers, we may offer monthly billing against a credit limit. Terms of any credit arrangement are agreed separately in writing.
7. Order cancellation
- You may cancel a confirmed order any time before it has been dispatched from our packing facility. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is at our discretion; if the driver has already left, we may charge the delivery fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraudulent activity, if we cannot fulfil the order (out of stock, delivery zone outside our area), or if the delivery address is unsafe. In such cases any pre-payment is refunded in full.
8. Product information and freshness
- Eggs are a natural agricultural product. Sizes, colours, and weights within a grade may vary slightly. Grading is based on our best judgement at the time of packing.
- Every carton is stamped with a pack date and a best-before date 14 days after packing.
- We recommend you store eggs in a refrigerator at below 5°C immediately after delivery to maintain freshness for the full best-before window.
- If a carton has been left at ambient temperature for extended periods after delivery, we cannot guarantee freshness for the full best-before window.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, floods, security incidents, government-imposed restrictions, road closures, national strikes, disease outbreaks affecting our farm, and utility failures.
10. Limitation of liability
- Our total liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order.
- We do not accept liability for indirect losses (for example, a missed cake for a wedding due to a late delivery).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law (including the Consumer Protection Act 2005).
11. Customer conduct
We ask customers to treat our delivery staff, packers, and support team with respect. Abuse, harassment, or threats will result in immediate order cancellation and refusal of future service. Serious incidents will be reported to the police.
12. Intellectual property
- The Khas Eggs word mark and logo (application no. 829355, Class 29) are the property of the trademark owners and may not be used, reproduced, or imitated without our written permission.
- All content on our website — product photographs, descriptions, layout, code — is our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad. Consumer disputes under the Consumer Protection Act 2005 may additionally be brought before the relevant Consumer Court or Consumer Protection Council.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one displayed on this page, with the effective and last-updated dates shown above. If we make a material change, we will highlight it at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
